CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin 10mg Blend
Dual-pathway growth hormone secretagogue blend pairing a synthetic GHRH analog with a selective ghrelin receptor agonist.
Mechanism
CJC-1295 activates pituitary GHRH receptors while ipamorelin selectively stimulates GHSR-1a ghrelin receptors, generating synergistic pulsatile growth hormone secretion.
Dosing
Preclinical models evaluate 300–500 mcg once daily administered subcutaneously on a 5 days on / 2 days off schedule.
Reconstitution
Add 3.0 mL bacteriostatic water to achieve a working concentration of 3.33 mg/mL total blend.
Storage
Lyophilized vials remain stable at −20 °C; reconstituted solutions must be stored refrigerated between 2 °C and 8 °C.

Reconstitution Steps
- 1
Remove the 10mg lyophilized peptide vial from the freezer and allow it to equilibrate to room temperature for 15–20 minutes.
- 2
Disinfect the rubber stoppers of both the peptide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial using sterile alcohol swabs.
- 3
Using a sterile syringe, draw exactly 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water.
- 4
Insert the needle at an angle into the peptide vial and allow the liquid to flow slowly down the inner glass wall to prevent shearing.
- 5
Gently roll and swirl the vial between hands until the powder fully dissolves; avoid vigorous shaking.
- 6
Label the vial with reconstitution date and concentration (3.33 mg/mL), and immediately refrigerate at 2–8 °C.
Supplies Needed

Peptide Vial
Contains 10 mg lyophilized CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin blend; one vial provides approximately twenty to thirty-three doses depending on the daily target.

Insulin Syringes (U-100)
Calibrated 0.3 mL or 0.5 mL U-100 syringes for precise micro-volume administration; approximately 20 to 25 syringes needed per month of study.

Bacteriostatic Water
Sterile multi-dose diluent containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol; 3.0 mL is required per 10 mg vial for reconstitution.

Alcohol Swabs
Used to sanitize vial stoppers and work surfaces before reconstitution and withdrawal; approximately 40 to 60 swabs required per protocol cycle.

Overview
The CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin 10mg blend combines two complementary secretagogues formulated in an equal ratio to investigate amplified growth hormone dynamics. CJC-1295 functions as a synthetic growth hormone-releasing hormone analog that binds pituitary somatotroph receptors, stimulating adenylate cyclase to prolong endogenous growth hormone transcription and basal tone. In contrast, ipamorelin functions as a selective growth hormone secretagogue receptor agonist that triggers rapid intracellular calcium influx, evoking sharp, pulsatile secretory bursts without significantly altering baseline cortisol or prolactin concentrations. Co-administering both peptides engages distinct intracellular cascades simultaneously, producing a synergistic elevation of circulating growth hormone and downstream insulin-like growth factor 1 that exceeds the response elicited by either agent individually. Preclinical literature focuses extensively on this combination to examine natural neuroendocrine rhythmicity, preservation of negative feedback architecture, and downstream metabolic endpoints such as nitrogen retention, fat mobilization, and skeletal muscle recovery.
