Your data is private to you. How2Pep does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Everything you save — protocols, schedules, injection history, and body photos — is tied to your account and visible only to you.

• Account email & password: used only to sign you in. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text.
• Protocol & schedule data: the protocols you schedule, dose logs, and reminders you opt into.
• Injection site data: pinned sites, notes, and any photos you upload for placement reference.
• Optional age-verification email: collected at the 21+ research-use gate.
• Contact messages: your name, email, and message if you reach out to us.

We use your information to:

• Save and sync your personal tools across devices.
• Send protocol phase reminders and calendar invites you request.
• Respond to support and contact messages.
• Improve the site through anonymized, aggregate analytics.

Any body photos you upload for the Injection Site Tracker are stored privately and are never public. They are accessible only through your own signed-in account. You can delete a photo or your entire history at any time.

• We do not sell or rent your personal data.

• We do not use your data to advertise third-party products.
• We do not provide medical advice or transmit your health data to any provider.

We use essential cookies to remember your theme preference, age-verification status, and session. We do not use cookies for third-party ad tracking.

Your personal data is kept for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual records (pins, schedules, logs) at any time from within the app, or request full account deletion by contacting us.

How2Pep is strictly for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. The site is for research and educational reference only.
